The Mighty Spoo came over today and kind of zoomed through packing us, and we kind of just followed along dazedly. First, the yay: I got an email this morning that "We Are Cleared to Close" from the lender, and then later in the day I got an email from awesome!realtor telling us everything's been recorded by the court, we've closed, the house is OURS!
